Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is processed. Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped. Transit days are Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
Depending on your location, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive.
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. International orders are shipped FedEx Worldship. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

Return Policy
Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed, or have sustained damage by the customer.
If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from the Slightly Odd Online Store, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase.
All exchanges dependent on existing stock.
Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Slightly Odd address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another Slightly Odd purchase.
